I.Product Introduction
The UV sterilizer uses a built-in ultraviolet lamp that emits short-wave ultraviolet radiation with a central wavelength of 253.7nm to disinfect water flowing through the reaction chamber. This addresses the issue of bacterial count exceeding standards in drinking water, ensuring that bacterially contaminated water meets and exceeds national drinking water hygiene standards.
UV sterilizers are divided into basic type\manual cleaning type, and automatic cleaning type. Manual and automatic cleaning UV sterilizers can clean the quartz tube during operation, maintaining the ultraviolet transmittance of the quartz tube, thus ensuring long-term effective sterilization. Both manual and automatic cleaning UV sterilizers are equipped with ultraviolet irradiance monitoring function, which allows real-time monitoring of the ultraviolet lamp's radiation intensity, thereby improving the controllability of UV sterilization effectiveness.

III. Installation and Transportation
1、Transportation:
This equipment is packaged in wooden boxes and can be transported by car or train.
IV. Usage Precautions
1、The light produced by this product can cause serious burns to unprotected eyes, so never look directly at the illuminated UV light.
2、When opening the casing for maintenance of the water purifier, unplug the power cord first.
3、During initial use, operate with water for 5-8 minutes to remove air and impurities from the cylinder and allow the UV lamp to reach normal working condition. The water output during this stage should not be used as a test sample or consumed directly.
4、When the raw water quality is below national drinking water standards, such as color above 15 degrees, turbidity above5 degrees, iron content above0.3mg/l, it should first be purified by other methods to meet standards before being treated with the Liangcheng UV sterilizer; when total bacterial count exceeds3000 units/ml, and coliform group exceeds 800 units/L, multiple water purifiers should be connected in series or water flow reduced as appropriate to achieve purification standards.
5、When selecting a model, first understand the light transmittance of the raw water and the maximum required treatment flow rate, and determine the minimum dose needed to achieve sterilization standards, then choose the appropriate model based on the selection table. It is recommended that the maximum flow rate of the selected model be slightly greater than the actual treatment flow rate.
6、Choose Z (vertical) type orP (horizontal) type based on the height of the existing pipeline and available space.
7、In water supply systems with regular usage cycles, a timer can be used to save electricity and extend the UV lamp's lifespan (only for basic type). To ensure sterilization effectiveness, when the cumulative operating time of the UV lamp approaches the rated operating time8000h, replace the lamp promptly.
